Date of assessment: 15 July to 20 July 2025. This assessment was conducted remotely, and we did not visit the office. Premium Healthcare Staffing Limited is a domiciliary care agency registered to provide personal care to people in their own homes. This is the first assessment for this service. At the time of our assessment there was 1 person receiving support with personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. The service had a manager registered with the Care Quality Commission. This means they and the provider are legally responsible for how the service is run and for the quality and safety of the care provided. Staff treated people as individuals by offering choice and supporting independence. People were treated with kindness and compassion. Staff protected their privacy and dignity. Care plans described how the person would like their care provided. The person was not supported with medication at the time of this assessment. We found governance systems were in place and Effective.
