   Following a desk-based review on 23 May 2022, Panacea Senior Care Limited was found to have addressed the previous breach of Regulation 15 by submitting the required notification of change of location and appointing a registered manager. The Well-Led rating improved from Requires Improvement to Good, and the overall rating is now Good.
