Date of assessment: 9 to 16 April 2025 Global Healthcare Solutions is registered to provide personal care. The service provides care and support to children under the age of 18. At the time of inspection, the service was supporting 3 children and the youngest child receiving support was 6 years old. This assessment was prompted in part due to concerns received about whether the service had robust systems to provide safe care and support. We found no evidence that people were at risk of harm from this concern. This is the first assessment for this newly registered service. We therefore inspected all quality statements under the key questions of safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. CQC only inspects the service being received by people provided with 'personal care': help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. Staff were confident in their abilities to promote positive risk taking, which enabled children they supported the freedom to pursue their own interests and to live their lives as they chose. A staff member informed us, “Young individuals are encouraged to express their opinions, which are actively sought during care planning and review meetings. For instance, one young person was interested in joining a local sports club, and the team collaborated to facilitate this opportunity safely.” The service had robust systems in place to meet the complex needs of children. Good partnership working with outside partners and agencies contributed to effective care. Leaders and staff demonstrated caring attitudes to children.
