Date of Assessment: 7 August to 22 August 2025. The service is a care at home service providing support to adults of all ages. People were supported with their personal care needs to enable them to live in their own homes and promote their independence. At the time of the inspection the service supported 130 people with personal care. The service had a learning culture and people or family members could raise concerns. People were protected and kept safe. Staff understood and managed risks and medicines well. Staff worked with all agencies involved in people’s care for the best outcomes. There were enough staff with the right skills, qualifications and experience. Managers made sure staff received training and regular appraisals to maintain high-quality care. They monitored people’s health to support healthy living. Staff made sure people understood their care and treatment to enable them to give informed consent and were involved in decisions about their care. People were treated with kindness and compassion by staff who protected their privacy and dignity. They treated people as individuals and supported their independence and preferences. The provider supported staff wellbeing. Staff understood their roles and responsibilities and were positive about working for All Care (UK) Limited Isle of Wight. The registered manager was actively involved in the day to day running of the service. Staff felt supported to give feedback and were treated equally, free from bullying or harassment. The management team worked with local community professionals to deliver the best possible care and were receptive to new ideas.
