· Sufficient numbers of safely recruited staff available to meet people's needs with relevant DBS checks completed.
· People and relatives reported feeling safe; staff arrived on time and provided continuity of care with familiar carers.
· Staff completed safeguarding training and were clear about reporting responsibilities.
· Safe infection prevention and control procedures in place; staff used appropriate PPE consistently.
· Staff received regular induction, training, supervision and appraisal; training matrix maintained for oversight.
