The assessment was conducted between 13 November and 24 November 2025. We visited the office on 13 November and people’s homes on the 17 November 2025. Angels Healthcare Solutions Ltd is a domiciliary care agency registered to provide personal care to people in their own homes. This was the first assessment of the service. At the time of the assessment, six people were receiving support with personal care. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) only inspects services where personal care is provided this includes assistance with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where applicable, any wider social care provided is also considered. The service had a manager registered with the Care Quality Commission, meaning both the manager and the provider are legally responsible for how the service is run and for the quality and safety of the care provided. Recruitment procedures were in place, ensuring that people were supported by suitably qualified staff who had been assessed as safe to work with vulnerable individuals. Staff had completed safeguarding training and demonstrated awareness of safeguarding processes. People were treated with kindness, compassion, and respect. Staff promoted choice and independence throughout care delivery. Care plans were comprehensive, person-centred, and accurately reflected individuals’ assessed needs and required support. Medication management systems were in place, and staff had received appropriate training to administer medicines safely. Effective governance arrangements were embedded within the service, providing strong oversight and assurance of quality and compliance.
