Date of Assessment 23 April 2025 to 19 May 2025. My Versatile Healthcare Ltd is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to people in their own homes. At the time of the assessment four people were using the service. This is the first assessment for this service since it registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) on 21 June 2023. The provider was delivering safe care to people they supported. Risks to people were identified with actions agreed to mitigate the risk. There were sufficient suitably skilled staff to support people safely. Staff administered medicines as prescribed and followed infection prevention control procedures. People had their needs assessed and care plans were reviewed regularly or when needs changed. Care plans were person-centred and documented people’s choice and privacy. The principles of the Mental Capacity Act were understood, and people were protected from the risk of abuse. People were supported by kind and caring staff who understood their wishes and preferences. There were systems to monitor the quality of the care people received.
