Date of Assessment:13 October to 1 December 2025. Rise and Shine Services Limited are a care at home service providing support to adults. At the time of assessment, the service was supporting 40 people. This was the first assessment of this provider since registration. We reviewed all quality statements. The provider demonstrated strong leadership, governance, and a proactive safety culture built on openness and honesty. Systems were in place to monitor incidents, complaints, and risks, with lessons learned shared with staff. Safeguarding was prioritised, and staff were trained and confident in raising concerns. Safe environments were maintained through clear risk assessment documentation and policies, supported by sufficient, skilled staffing and robust recruitment processes. Infection prevention and control measures were in place, and medicines management was safe and frequently audited. Care delivery was effective, evidence-based, and regularly reviewed, with ongoing collaboration across teams and external professionals to ensure continuity. Outcomes were monitored to drive improvement. Consent principles were understood and respected, ensuring care remained person-centred. There were reasonable adjustments in place for staff, and equality embedded in care delivery.
