Date of assessment: assessment activity started on 16 February 2026 and concluded on 26 February 2026. We visited the office on the 18 February 2026. HAB Support Ltd is a homecare agency which provides support to people living in their own homes. HAB Support Ltd are registered to provide support to younger and older adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. This is the first inspection since the service was registered on 23 March 2023. During the inspection we assessed all the quality statements under the key questions of safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities most people take for granted. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where people do receive support, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of the inspection there were 3 people receiving regulated activity personal care. People receiving personal care were largely independent and received minimal support. At this assessment we found the HAB Support Ltd offered a good, consistent service to people. Staff understood the safeguarding processes in place and were confident in raising any concerns. Risks associated to people and their environment had been assessed. There were enough suitably trained staff to support people. Staff had been recruited safely. Care delivery was effective and regularly reviewed. Staff worked well with people and their relatives to plan and deliver care tailored to meet people’s individual needs and preferences. Systems were in place to monitor any incidents, complaints and risks, any lessons learned were shared with staff. Staff spoke positively about their job, the people they supported, and the support provided by the management team.
