   Turning Point – Bradford, a supported living service for 59 people with learning disabilities and/or autism across 14 settings, was rated Good overall following a January 2024 inspection. Both Safe and Well-led key questions were rated Good, with minor inconsistencies noted in the detail of risk assessments and record keeping across different settings.
