Date of Assessment: 7 September 2025 to 25 September 2025. Holistic Quality Care Ltd is a domiciliary care agency providing care and support to people living in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of our assessment the service supported 3 people with personal care. The provider demonstrated a strong commitment to safety, person-centred care, and staff wellbeing. They maintained robust systems for managing risks, safeguarding, infection control, and medicines, while fostering a culture of openness and continuous learning. Staff treated people with kindness and respect, tailoring care to individual preferences, backgrounds, and needs. People felt safe and supported, and staff were confident in leadership’s responsiveness and guidance. Leadership was inclusive, compassionate, and focused on transparency, equity, and improvement. Staff felt valued and empowered to speak up, with regular opportunities for feedback and development. Governance systems ensured accountability and sustainability, while partnerships with external professionals enhanced care outcomes. The provider embraced diversity, innovation, and collaboration, with a clear strategy for ongoing improvement and high-quality service delivery.
