   CTRC CIC, a domiciliary care agency supporting adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, improved its overall rating from Requires Improvement to Good following a focused inspection of Safe, Effective and Well-led domains. The service demonstrated full compliance with the Mental Capacity Act, strong safeguarding processes, culturally competent care and effective partnership working, with no failure themes identified.

   Strengths

   • · Staff focused on people's strengths and promoted independence, choice and control in line with Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture guidance.
   • · Provider demonstrated full compliance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005, addressing the previous recommendation around consent processes.
   • · Consistent staffing with relatives reporting staff always arrived on time; call monitoring system in place to identify late or missed calls.
   • · Safe recruitment procedures in place including DBS checks, references and identity verification.
