Targeted inspection of a domiciliary care agency serving 27 people found no evidence of risk of harm, with safeguarding, consent and quality assurance systems largely working as intended. A recommendation was made for the provider to stay up to date with government guidance on COVID-19 staff testing after they were found not to be following the latest infection control guidance.
