There were sufficient staffing levels. People were supported by familiar care workers and nurses assigned based on personality, experience, and skills. The provider encouraged staff to work collaboratively, make autonomous decisions, and maintain high standards while feeling supported. People and their families were able to provide feedback, which the provider acted upon. Staff encouraged people to express their views. The provider ensured good communication with families. There was an appropriate complaints procedure, and concerns were addressed promptly. The service is registered to provide support for autistic people or people with a learning disability.
