· Staff were recruited safely with appropriate DBS, reference and employment history checks in place.
· Medicines were managed safely with MAR audits conducted by the registered manager showing no gaps.
· People's needs were thoroughly assessed before care began, with care plans regularly reviewed and updated.
· Staff received regular supervision, competency assessments and field observations by the registered manager.
· People felt involved in all decisions about their care and described staff as kind, respectful and person-centred.
