Elizabeth House Newquay Ltd, a supported living service for people with learning disabilities and/or autism, received a Good rating across all five key questions at its first inspection under the current provider. The service demonstrated strong person-centred care, safe staffing and medicines management, and an open, well-led culture that promoted independence and positive outcomes for people.
