Henry Court is an extra care service rated Good overall following a focused inspection of Safe, Effective and Well-Led, prompted by concerns about staff competency, medicines management and leadership, none of which were substantiated. Minor shortfalls were identified in risk management documentation and infection control practice, both of which were being addressed promptly by the management team.
