   A focused inspection of Safe and Well-led following concerns about staffing and management found improvements had been made and previous breaches of regulations 12, 17 and 18 were resolved, with both key questions now rated Good. The overall rating remained Requires Improvement based on previously rated key questions not re-inspected.

   Strengths

   • · Risks to people were assessed and care planned to keep them safe, with information updated and shared with staff as needs changed.
   • · Sufficient staffing levels with a stable workforce and safe recruitment processes including DBS checks and references.
   • · Medicines safely stored and administered; staff competency checked regularly and people received medicines as prescribed.
   • · Effective infection prevention and control measures, including PPE use, testing, and up-to-date IPC policy.
   • · Effective governance with audits (medicines, IPC) identifying concerns and driving improvement; previous breaches of regulations 12, 17 and 18 resolved.
