   This was a targeted, announced inspection on 23 February 2022 focused on infection prevention and control and staffing pressures, prompted by information of concern. The provider was assured across all IPC areas and the service was inspected but not rated.

   Strengths

   • · Posters displayed throughout the service reminding people, staff and visitors to wear masks and providing pictorial handwashing advice
   • · Regular competency checks to ensure staff were using PPE correctly
   • · Bite-size refresher training videos available for staff on putting on and taking off PPE
   • · Visors available for staff when communicating with people with learning disabilities and/or hearing difficulties
   • · Weekly infection control audits carried out by the management team
