   Housing 21 - Charles Court, an extra care scheme supporting 27 people in Doncaster, retained its Good rating across both inspected key questions (Safe and Well-led) following a focused remote inspection in January 2024. The service demonstrated safe medicines management, robust safeguarding practices, and strong leadership, with only a minor theme of inconsistent communication with families identified.
