Date of assessment 14 October 2025. Supreme Care Services Limited is a domiciliary service providing personal care support to 44 people living in their own homes. We have undertaken a comprehensive assessment which means we have reviewed 33 quality statements. This service has not previously been rated. Following this assessment we have rated this service as good. Care plans were well written which could be accessed by staff whilst working in people’s homes. This meant they were able to use the plan to refer to support a person needed if they were unsure or changes to support had occurred. The plans were constantly updated and detailed clearly what was important to the person. Risks were initially assessed by senior staff members before support commenced to ensure people were supported safely from the outset. This included risks about the person as well as about their home environment and any equipment they needed to use as part of their support. People were at the centre of their care and were consulted about the support they wanted with their views documented. The provider worked alongside families, professionals, hospitals and social workers to ensure plans included the views of other interested parties involved in people’s care. Staff were well established; many had worked for the provider for a long time which provided consistency for people receiving care. The staff we spoke with understood the needs of the people they supported, and they told us about the warm, working relationships they had developed with those they supported. The staff were recruited safely with all the appropriate checks required by current legislation. The staff we spoke with told us about the training and support they received to do their jobs and how they felt equipped to meet the needs of people in their care. As part of our assessment we spoke with a range of individuals involved in the delivery of care. As well as the people receiving care, we sought the views of families and professionals. Families told us they had confidence in the registered manager’s ability to deliver a quality service and about the effectiveness and willingness of all the office staff to help. The provider had policies and practices in place that were in line with legislative requirements. This meant they possessed up to date information which kept people safe and gave staff guidance on how to do their jobs.
