   This was a targeted COVID-19 infection prevention and control inspection of L'Arche Liverpool, a supported living service for 36 people, which was inspected but not rated. CQC was assured on all IPC measures and noted positive staffing continuity and professional compliments during the pandemic.

   Strengths

   • · People at extreme risk and those isolating were supported with their own dedicated staff who provided a support bubble to support all their needs.
   • · Dedicated lead appointed to support people and relatives in understanding infection control guidance and isolation processes.
   • · People were safely supported to meet up with people important to them.
   • · Staff provided continuity of care, with people receiving support from assigned staff who knew them well.
   • · Compliments received from professionals about the care and support provided during the pandemic.
