Ramsy Health Care is a newly registered domiciliary care service inspected for the first time in January–March 2023, at which point only one person was receiving personal care. The service demonstrated good person-centred practice, safe recruitment processes (with minor gaps promptly addressed), and caring staff, but governance systems and training oversight could not be fully assessed due to the service's very early stage of operation.
