Accurate Care Services received a Good rating across all five key questions at its first CQC inspection in March 2023, with one person using the service at the time. The service demonstrated strong safeguarding, person-centred care and governance practices, with only a minor observation regarding the accessibility of accident report forms.

· People felt safe and staff were punctual and reliable, with notification given if running late
· Robust safeguarding procedures in place with staff able to describe types of abuse and reporting pathways
· Thorough risk assessments covering mobility, nutrition, skin integrity and home environment, reviewed every 3 months
· Safe recruitment practices including DBS checks, references, identity and right-to-work verification
· Comprehensive induction and training programme including Care Certificate and MCA training
