   New Dawn Recruitment Agency is rated Good overall following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-Led only, with Safe remaining Good and Well-Led declining to Requires Improvement due to outdated and insufficiently detailed policies. All other key question ratings were carried forward from the previous 2018 inspection.

   • · Staff had training on how to recognise and report abuse and knew how to apply it
   • · Safe recruitment practices were in place including references, identity checks and DBS checks
   • · People received support from the same care workers enabling consistency of care
   • · Staff supported people with medicines safely and maintained accurate administration records
