   SESNHA Care improved from Requires Improvement to Good in both Safe and Well-Led following a focused inspection, with effective recruitment, medication management, safeguarding and governance systems now embedded. A minor recommendation was made to strengthen PRN medication protocols to include sufficient detail on when 'as required' medicines should be administered.

   Strengths

   • · Robust recruitment checks including DBS checks were embedded following previous recommendations.
   • · Staff had sufficient time allocated for care visits including travel time between clients.
   • · Electronic MAR enabled real-time identification and response to medication errors or omissions.
