The service demonstrated strong person-centred practice, safe medicines management, effective governance and a caring culture, with no regulatory breaches identified.
Strengths
· People felt safe and staff understood their safeguarding responsibilities, with up-to-date procedures and training in place.
· Electronic call monitoring reduced the risk of missed or late visits, with office staff alerted to any delays in real time.
· Staff were consistently matched to the same people, building trust and rapport, welcomed by people and relatives.
· Cultural, religious and spiritual needs were identified at assessment and reflected in care plans, including same-gender staff where required.
· Robust medicines management with monthly MAR chart reviews and field supervisor competency observations.
