· Medicines were administered safely with competency assessments, MAR audits, and staff training in place.
· Safe recruitment procedures followed, including DBS checks, references, and identity verification.
· Staff supported through induction, Care Certificate training, regular supervisions and unannounced spot checks.
· Person's care plan was translated into their first language; staff matched by shared language and religion.
