· People felt safe and were comfortable with staff; safeguarding training was up to date and well understood by all staff.
· Person-centred care plans reflected individual needs, cultural backgrounds, heritage and lifestyle choices.
· Sufficient staffing levels with consistent staff teams providing continuity of care and one-to-one support.
· Medicines were administered safely by trained and competency-checked staff with regular audits of records.
· Staff supported people to make their own decisions in line with MCA principles, with appropriate best interest processes in place.
