Community Support Services Micare, a short-term integrated reablement and crisis response domiciliary care service in Oakham, received an Overall Outstanding rating at its first CQC inspection in January 2023. The service demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and leadership, with no failure themes identified and extensive evidence of innovative, person-centred care that consistently enabled people to regain independence and remain at home.
