· People felt safe and staff responded quickly to emergency calls, with people praising the alarm response: 'I have pressed my lifeline twice. Both times they came straight away.'
· Innovative use of technology to support medicines independence, e.g. smart speaker programmed with alarms to remind people to take medicines.
· People received personalised, dignified care with flexibility over call times and care packages: 'I asked the manager to change it and now they come at 7am. That's better for me.'
· Robust quality assurance processes including digital care planning, audits covering medicines, infection control, safeguarding, accidents and incidents.
· Strong partnership working with GPs, occupational therapists, social workers, and local pharmacy to ensure timely, effective care.
