Eeze Care London, a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, received a Requires Improvement rating across all five key questions at its first inspection in October 2022, with breaches of regulations covering safe care and treatment, person-centred care, consent, fit and proper persons employed, and good governance. While staff demonstrated genuine care and worked effectively with external agencies, significant failings in medicines management, mental capacity compliance, recruitment checks, care planning detail, and governance oversight placed people at risk of harm.
