   Kirklees Council's South Short Term and Urgent Support Team was rated Good overall following a remote inspection in February 2023, with safe systems, effective governance, and positive staff culture all evidenced. The only minor gap identified was the absence of regular surveys for people using the service and their relatives.

   • · Staff up to date with medicine training and received regular medicine competence checks; medicines audits in place
